I have recently been dealing with one of your team – Jeff Newick re a issue with my Cooper tyres
I would like to say that his service and approach to resolving my issue has been fantastic.
I have been using coopers now on 2 Pajeros and a RAV4, with outstanding success, zero punctures and zero problems.  Coopers rock!!
My current set of ATR’s on my Pajero developed an issue which Jeff and Bryn (Richards Tyrepower) tried to correct.
Unfortunately the issue couldn’t be corrected and Jeff has arranged for replacement tyres.
His service, professionalism and attitude will keep me as a Cooper client and I will continue to recommend to anyone who I know looking for new tyres.

Just a short note of appreciation for yours and Bryn’s tyre service last week.
Not only were you prompt in fitting my new tyres  ( your recommendations have worked very well as your tyre choice has proven to be far quieter and smoother than those that had previously been fitted to my Jaguar ) but the fact that you removed my old tyres and took care of delivery and collection of my wheels from Rim Repair was the most appreciated.
